Individual Evaluation: Includes case history interview, evaluation, and report writing
Individual Therapy Sessions: 60-, 45-, and 30-minute sessions available
Consultations: telephone calls or emails with client or guardian between sessions to discuss clinical information, collaboration requests with other professionals, etc.
Infinite Horizon Speech and Language Services accepts private payment for services and is not in-network with any insurance companies. However, there are a few additional options available to you:
*You may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company from an out-of-network provider. Each plan is different, so I have instructions for how to inquire about out-of-network coverage on at https://www.infinitehorizonspeech.com/guide-for-filing-for-outofnetwork-benefits.
*I also am aware of a few therapy scholarship opportunities for additional cost-saving options.
